It adds option for server owners to set up random daily quest on NPC.
Selecting random quest on a timer from a pool based on NPC ID.

How to use:
1. Open config and create new ID name under section "random" can be any name "questlist1" or any name you prefer.
2. After creating the ID. create NPC and select it's ID of your desired NPC. (Keep in mind this NPC should not be used in any Quest)
3. Then create Quests list and start adding Quests by their name.
4. You can also edit `timer` in config. Whenever server should make new rotation for all NPC's
5.Once you are done hope in your server and if you want rotations to start from 16:00 server timer. Make sure you type the command "/qr setup full" to setup global timer and from the moment you type the command, server will auto-rotate Quests based on your `timer` in config.

Commands:
Player (no permission required)
/qr - Opens GUI showing you all Active Quests

Admin (OP required)
/qr reload - Reload config
/qr setup full/part - Setup Command

Important to know:
- In config you shouldn't use same NPC ID twice for 2 Pool Rotations
- NPC's that are set in config should not be used as NPC in any of the Quest (As it might interfere with the GUI of Daily Quests upon right clicking the NPC) (Work around for that would be,  If your Rotation NPC it's John every first objective of his quests to be "Talk to Janna" , "Talk to George" this way other NPC it's becoming main Quest NPC and shouldn't have any issues with GUI's etc"
- In order for Daily quests to work properly with Quests. You'd need to set up 1 second reset timer in planner and use LockIn objective provided in the download package as requirements to insure that players cannot just type /quests take and take the quests different way than just NPC.

QuestDaily goes in plugins folder
QuestLockIn goes in plugins/Quests/modules folder
